Buyers agent services
Buyers agent services, from strategy to settlement
Rising Returns handles the whole purchase: your strategy, the research, finding the property, negotiating, and everything through to settlement and beyond. One licensed team, one point of contact.
Why it matters
Why a full service buyers agent
Buying an investment property well involves dozens of steps and several professionals: market research, suburb selection, inspections, due diligence, negotiation, your broker, your conveyancer, building and pest inspectors and a property manager. Most investors juggle all of that around a full-time job, and the gaps between those people are where expensive mistakes happen.
Our buyers agent services bring every step under one team. We start with what you want the property to do for you, write it down as a brief, then research, check and negotiate against that brief. You make the decisions. We do the searching, checking and negotiating, and we coordinate everyone else involved until you have the keys and a tenant.
Rising Returns is a licensed real estate agency (YAPR Pty Ltd, NSW) that acts for buyers only. We are paid by our clients, not by sellers, and we take no kickbacks or referral fees, so our advice on a property is not tied to selling it.

Who our buyers agent services suit
We work with first-time investors buying their first property and with experienced investors adding to a portfolio, anywhere in Australia. Clients need a minimum of $100,000 in cash or equity, and our minimum purchase price is $400,000.
Because we buy across the country, clients often live in one city and invest in another. We handle the distance with in-person inspections, full video walk-throughs and photos, online meetings and written reports, so you can buy in a market you have never visited and still understand exactly what you are getting. From signing up to settlement usually takes 4 to 12 weeks.
- First-time investors who want a clear plan before they buy
- Busy professionals who do not have time for open homes and agent calls
- Investors buying interstate in a market they do not know
- Existing investors planning the next property in a portfolio
- First home buyers who want the same research and negotiation

FAQ
Common questions
What does a buyers agent do?
A buyers agent acts for the buyer, not the seller. At Rising Returns that means setting your strategy, researching markets and suburbs, finding and checking properties on and off market, inspecting them, negotiating the price and terms, and coordinating your conveyancer, broker and settlement. You approve every decision; we do the work in between.
Is a full service buyers agent worth it for investors?
It depends on your situation, budget and how much time and local knowledge you have. A full service buyers agent can save you time, give you access to off-market properties and bring structured research and negotiation to the purchase. Our free discovery call is designed to tell you honestly whether it makes sense for you right now.
Do you buy property all over Australia?
Yes. We are based in Haymarket, Sydney, and buy investment property in markets across Australia. Inspections are carried out in person and you receive full video walk-throughs and photos, so you can buy interstate without travelling.
How long does the process take?
After a 45-minute strategy session, it usually takes 4 to 12 weeks from signing up to settlement. The timeline depends on your finance, the market and the property, and we keep you updated at every stage.
Who pays the buyers agent?
You do. We act for buyers only and are paid by our clients. We do not accept kickbacks or referral fees from sellers, developers or selling agents, so our recommendations are based on your brief rather than on which property pays us.
